F. William Salo is an experienced trial attorney. He has tried cases in federal and state courts. Mr. Salo is also an experienced appellate attorney.  He has briefed and argued appeals in federal and state appellate courts, and has petitioned the United States Supreme Court on behalf of a client.

Mr. Salo devotes his practice almost entirely to tort law, including inter alia sexual harassment, police misconduct, civil rights, personal injury, medical malpractice, defamation, employment discrimination, and other violations of the constitutional rights of individuals.  Mr. Salo also handles criminal defense, copyright and trademark issues, and entertainment law issues.

Mr. Salo takes on cases involving complex issues of law; and/or cases involving constitutional issues.

Mr. Salo has been a solo practitioner in New York City since 1998.
